Soho Suites KLCC by LX Suites

Agent was responsive & understanding on my arrival time that was delayed due to heavy traffic.

The location is ideal for walking to the Pavilion. Also, it's easy to communicate with the owner and his team via WhatsApp. There is provision for linen and towels but no hand towels were provided when we had first checked in. As we have stayed at most 3 or 4 star hotels in Bukit Bintang / KLCC area, and our experience is that they all provide hand towels, we contacted the owner via WhatsApp and his team promptly provided two hand towels. We had asked one of his team members if we could borrow an umbrella due to heavy rains in KL and it was notable that this item was provided as well.

Most 3 or 4 star hotels in Bukit Bintang / KLCC area provide complimentary tea or coffee bags but none was provided at Soho Suites KLCC. This was a minor issue and the suggestion from the owner was to purchase from a mini shop within the building. The other minor issue is the TV which is not intuitive to operate but perseverance helps so we were able to watch YouTube channels on the TV.

Kenny très serviable et nous a attendu à l'arrivée et nous a donné deux clés (souvent on ne donne que 1) Appartement propre et confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut place de parking disponible et la piscine semble sympa (au 3ème étage, pas utilisée) l'emplacement est parfait en plein centre, en plus à coté il y a un tunnel pour les pietons qui peut ramener directement au parc KLCC ou au centre commercial Pavillon, ça évite de traverser la route

rien, de ne pas etre resté plus longtemps une piscine en rooftop aurait été sympa

The location was spot on! Very near to all the iconic buildings in KL and shopping malls

The wifi was very slow at night. There's shared bathroom so if you are going more than 3 adults it's going to be like hurry burry moments. Plus u have to key in the security codes (more than 6digits) at the door every time u enter to your unit.
