性价比真的很高，设备基本都很齐全，很干净，床也特别好睡，wifi真的超快！我住的51楼所以可以看到特别好的风景，那边拍照特别出片！

如果能添加饮水机就更好啦！或者放几瓶大瓶的mineral water。 如果钥匙可以给两把也会更好，在多人的情况下，因为有时候都会各出各的。冲凉房的排水系统会稍微有点慢，会有点小淹水，所以洗完后要稍微注意一下不要把水踢出来。

The location is in city centre . Many things at walking distance like suria klcc,petronas twin tower.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Just their checkin time was late so we had to wait outside.

This apartment belong to Malay owner but managed by foreigner labour. The service of foreigner labour quite bad - tedious check-in and check-out process. For check in to the keys and passcode, you have to call them when you arrived at collection location (by the way, they didn't provide correct location) but normally nobody answer the call. You have to keep calling many times but still no answer. The end the only you can do is keep waiting and hopefully they will call you, very unpleasant feelings during in that moment. After you check in, in case have anything want to complain or request, again, the same process, no answer if you call or whatsapp, you have to wait for their call and sometimes they ignore you totally. Example the living room lamps only one lamp can be turned on, very dim, totally not suitable for reading but when request them to fix it for more lights, no response. During check-in, found one of bathroom toilet bowl has issue (toilet paper and water not able to flow out when flushing), request for checking taking some time and have to wait for them to fix it (but not long, 20 minutes). Also I have to pay RM20 per day car parking fee by cash to foreigner worker without receipt (for my case, I stay 3D2N so paid 60), didn't mention in bookings (after that, realize beside the building car park charge only RM15 per day), feel like cheated. During check-in, the worker requested for RM200 cash for deposit without receipt on the spot but during checkout, they did not refund the deposit in cash. They requested me to share my bank details to them and they said they will online bank in to me. Felt something not comfortable during that moment, again, try to call them, no answer, hence no choice have to wait and hope that they really will refund to me. Thanks god, they finally refund the deposit to me after half day check out. In overall, do not satisfy their checkin and checkout process and their services. Recommend looking for other apartments
