    Overall is good but its misguiding guests, the photos are AI edited, rooms are good, but the common area looks far better in picture - in real not that good

    Mula2 sampai dapat bilik yg tidak sesuai. Sofa sudah hampir hancur. Toilet bowl kotor. Parking sempit dan berbayar ye on top of that. Swimming pool pun berbayar lol. Better tempat lain

    I loved everything rather than swimming pool and Gym. We have to pay additionally to use the facility where it’s included in other hotels for lesser cost. It’ll be great if they arrange for daily housekeeping at least to collect trash. We have to fight with them to provide water bottles.

    We came to a room with lipstick stain on the door, stale room, stain on the sofa & the toilet has a smell. We ended up buying sanitiser spray, towels & even bedsheets as it does not look clean. The only thing good is the central location & the fantastic view as we were on the 45tg floor.
