    Located in the heart of KL. Rooms can very based on which tower u we’re staying I found A is better than B… Reception is always crowded so don’t expect usual hotel style hospitality since the front desk over worked and under staffed.

    The room was big but it smells unpleasant like a room that’ hasn’t been opened for so long and also everything was starting to peel off as shown in the photos and also the lifts had so many people it took us a while to go up and down overall maybe it was just my luck of getting that room but it didn’t feel like a five star hotel to me sorry!

    Upon entering, I paid $100 as a security deposit, but upon leaving, he didn't return the money. He told me he would return it after 30 days, but he hasn't returned it yet.
