Elegant Top Floor Period Apartment with Parking

Well equipped and very clean. Parking. There are 4 very doable stair flights but well worth it for the view from the dining area window. Straight walk into centre and good Morrisons a 100 yards away

Geräumiges Appartement, umfangreiche, gute und vollständige Ausstattung, Bad ziemlich neu.

Schlafzimmer zur Hauptstrasse, Fenster alt, dadurch fast durchgängig Strassengeräusche/-lärm (PKW, LKW, Krankenwagen...). Nur 1 Handtuch und 2 Badetücher (für 3 Personen etwas knapp). Eine Nachttischleuchte defekt (?) - oder kein Strom an der Steckdose neben dem Doppelbett. Treppenhaus nicht so sauber wie das Appartement (auch defekte/abgebrochene Handlauf-Halterungen)

A great location, just outside the city centre. It's close to good cafes and restaurants in Larkhall and Walcot. The Village cafe in Larkhall and Walcot House restaurant in Walcot were both great. Kensington Place backs onto Kensington Meadows where there's a footpath to the canal for a scenic walk into the city.

After booking we were sent an additional registration process link from Truvi which required either payment for a damage waiver or a deposit with a nonrefundable fee. Additional mandatory costs are illegal in the UK. When we queried this we were told to ignore it, but kept getting SMS reminders to complete the process as there was no way to bypass the deposit step and complete registration.

Absolutely loved this flat. The location and views were the best
