No breakfast. Location ok by Tokyo standards but it would be easier to be slightly closer to the subway. But having a bakery next door is a plus. The neighbourhood is pleasant. I loved the tatami.
The apartment's worst problem is the lack of good blackout curtains. One of the businesses across the street has very bright signage. The kitchen might benefit from a few additional accessories.
