    We stayed at 9 Stay Kikukawa for 3 days and 2 nights and had a pleasant overall experience. We booked two rooms — one for a couple and another for our senior parent — and we appreciated that they placed us in adjacent rooms even without us requesting it. The location is very accessible and conveniently near the train station, making it easy to get around during our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was small, but functional and equipped with complete toiletries including towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand wash. The room also had a small refrigerator which was convenient during our stay. Check-in was easy, and the checkout process was very smooth. They also offer luggage storage before check-in and after checkout, which was very helpful. Just make sure to coordinate clearly with the reception staff regarding the timing, as there are periods when the reception area is unattended. The only downside during our stay was that there were no ironing facilities available.

    I stay 4 nights and they don't clean the room because they say I must stay 5 nights. 2 days there is no hot water after the evening. There is no place for the towels in the bath.
