The apartment I stayed in was quite comfortable and very spacious for the price in Tokyo. It honestly felt nicer in person than in the photos. Though the biggest issue was upon arrival the room wasn't ready, so I had to wait an extra hour after the check-in time to use the room. There is no front-desk, you take your key from the letter box upon arrival. There is also no elevator, just a single staircase that goes up to each apartment, so it might be hard for some people with heavy luggage.

Das Zimmer ist klein aber für eine Person gerade noch ausreichend. Mein Zimmer war im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Mit den Koffern und am Abend war es anstrengend ins Zimmer zu kommen. Ansonsten sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin.

The location is great, being just a few minutes away from Kanda station and approximately 15-20 minutes by foot from Akihabara. There's a 7eleven and other convenience stores and restaurants nearby which is convenient. On the downside though there is no elevator and the stairs are relatively steep so take that into consideration if you have a large suitcase with you because you are looking at 2-4 flights of stairs to haul that thing up. Overall though, I was satisfied, basic amedities like towels, soap, shampoo and toothbrush were provided, the location was great, room clean and sleeping on tatami was a fun experience

The location and price were nice, though the tatami room was a little difficult to sleep in. The futon was fairly thin so it felt like sleeping on a hard floor.
