    There are few places to stay in Sangenjaya, so with limited choices, are we supposed to be grateful??? The room in tiny and the bed is hard as a rock. I can accept staying in a small room because the location is very good, but there is no excuse for having just a thin pad on the bed. I think the pad is actually a "topper" which is normally placed on top of a mattress to give it some extra padding. I've been more comfortable on camping trips sleeping on an air mattress. I stayed 7 days and didn't sleep well on any night. The location is great. Everything is within walking distance in the downtown area. The building is quite new and the housekeeping is excellent. It's very clean. My advice to the owner of Sangenjaya Apartment? Get rid of the bunk bed and put in a regular bed with a decent mattress. Stay a night at Tokyo Inn and you'll understand how a small room can be comfortable.

    Tells you to submit a form or else you can be denied your room, then doesn’t send it unless you harass them about it for hours. Claims there’s free wifi but the wifi they have listed that you’re supposed to have access to doesn’t even exist.
