    Family of four with two kids and chose this hotel mainly for its convenience to the Sumo venue and Skytree — just one stop away on JR and one stop on the Metro. The location was great, within easy walking distance from the station, which made arriving with luggage very manageable. Being next to Paco and Arcakit meant plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of washing machines and dryers. Staff were friendly and helpful, offering good advice on transport options and directions. There’s also a limousine bus stop to Haneda Airport nearby. Since it’s the last stop, the bus can be quite full, but we were lucky to get seats for all four of us. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return to the same hotel. One small suggestion would be to include drawers or cupboards for storing clothes and items.

    Went with the family to Tokyo. Found that Kinschicho station was very close, so too convenience stores. Rooms were big enough for two people, nice and quiet in a side street. There are many eateries around the restaurant as well. Staff were very helpful when approached. There is a laundry with both washing machine and dryer. Stayed on a high floor but didn’t have much of a view. Would recommend it for location especially.

    Staff: 3/5 – Polite but not very engaging. * Friendliness: 3/5 – Courteous but lacked warmth. * Housekeeping: 2/5 – Towels were not replenished, beds were not made, and attention to detail was lacking. * Cleanliness: 4/5 – Room was generally clean. * Overall: 3/5 – Comfortable stay, but service could be more attentive.
