    Sauna after a long day of working is priceless

    My partner and I had a nice stay at Saunaland Asakusa. While the room felt clean, my only complaint is some bathroom items seem slightly run down (the tub, floors, etc). The private sauna and ice tub was excellent after a long day of walking and the location was perfect. Please do note there are stairs to carry your luggage up. We also had a little bit of difficulty understanding check in but had a sauna employee help us. With the set up, the room would be perfect for a group of young friends. It was a bit expensive for only a couple and I would hesitate to recommend for older couples due to set up and stairs.

    Everything is great. The minus point - There are no elevator, so it is hard to bring large and heavy luggage [especially for eldery]. Lucky for me, the staff is helping us to bring the luggage upstair when Check-In. But when CO, we must do it by ourself. - The room is too dark , not enough lamp - No curtain for the bathroom.

    Great value for money. We stayed in the kitchen junior suite. Very spacious and very well equipped. Please note that this suite doesn’t have a private sauna despite the name of the hotel!
