    The location was perfect, offering stunning views that enhanced the overall experience. The bathroom was spotless, and the breakfast provided a great start to the day. Hot tub was amazing and private. Facilities were well-maintained and complemented by attentive staff, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cleanliness throughout was impressive, contributing to restful sleep and excellent value for money.

    Super big room. We booked the jacuzzi suite. The room is like a small apartment. There is a dining + living area after u enter the room, and then come to the bedroom which equipped with big bathtub and shower room. One more thing which is there are two toilets. Haha. All staff were friendly, breakfast serve in room but same menu everyday. The room is super clean and they come and replenished everything every single day. All snacks and drinks are free. There are quite a lot of shop and restaurants nearby. The subway station is also very near.

    Nice room with free daily in room continental breakfast but same stuff daily. But very inflexible in terms of needing guest to confirm their breakfast request daily. Nice daily replenishment of red wine, dark chocolate, mixed nuts and Japanese crackers and mineral water!! But on the 1st night - just before going to bed - the bed looks very nicely made up and when I lifted up the pillow - found hair strands beneath the pillow!!! Called reception to change all the bed linen but housekeeping left for the day - so I said just pass me the bed linens and I will change it myself. Then the GM came up to help change all to clean and new bed linens!! GM apologized profusely 2nd night - when we came home at about 9pm while chatting suddenly found a live cockroach running beside the left side of the bed - jumped out of our skin - my daughter quickly went downstairs to get the front desk to help to kill cockroach But I had to kill it by stomping my bed room slippers to kill it as it was running away. Anyway not staying here again
