    I've stayed at a bunch of hotels across Japan and I can confidently say that this has the most space for a hotel room at its price. Pros: - There's space to butterfly your luggages - the bathroom is big - Bed is comfortable, you can request for an additional pillow - Free water downstairs - they also have ice and vendo in the ground floor - Love the mini shelf showing off local goods! - wifi is fast - lovely staff The downside for me would be the location as it's far from the places I frequent. Hanzomon line is convenient but it's still an 8-10 minute walk. Overall would highly recommend!

    The hotel staff is kind and helpful, so you don't have to worry about communication. The room is clean, well cleaned, excellent bathroom, comfortable bed, good atmosphere.

    Love this place, have a 2 singles bed. I always stay here for my Tokyo trip. I have stayed at this hotel more than 5 times.

    Reading the comments, I was expecting better. I stayed in better 3 stars hotels in Japan. There was no pajama offered during the stay. Bedroom was so small, I had to put my suitcases on the second bed (twin bed) but this is typical from Tokyo hotels I heard. Even though I requested spotless cleaning before my arrival, I found a hair string in the shower. The showerhead was so weak, that was frustrating. No additional clean towel given during the stay (5 days). It was my last days in Japan so I didn't want to spend too much money on an expensive hotel so it helped out but I wouldn't come back if I had the choice. Staff was nice. The hotel is in a kind of redlight district.
