Location is amazing. Minutes away from the train station. The area is right in front of a big shopping center and there are 2 more malls/shopping centers a few blocks away. There are a lot of restaurants in the area where you can eat in in the evening. I really love the location, there is plenty to do but not overwhelming. I did not get to use the onsen this time. Breakfast is also good.
bathrooms are a little small. I am petite 5' ft tall and it felt a little tight even for my size.

Excellent location , right in front of kinshicho station, free Hot spring , free ice creams , good spacious family rooms … Lawson,7/11 right outside , donqito right outside , omg one of the besttttt locations I have stayed in my second trip

Easy to find. Close to the station, which is on a JR line. Close to shops and restaurants. Safe area. Easy and friendly check in. A pillow library. Small, but easy to use Onsen. Great soaps, shampoos, toothbrush, etc. Good breakfast
The rooms is tiny! No space to unpack. Only one suitcase open at a time. One person sleeps up against the wall. Very manageable, though. One or two night's stay only.
