    Just a couple minutes away from Ueno Station, the room is clean and quite big (compare to normal size in Tokyo). On the other hand, the front desk only works from 10am so you must to aware your arrive time.

    A very pleasant stay at Sutton Place Hotel Ueno. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Ueno Station, making it easy to travel around Tokyo. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for resting after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There are also convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable hotel, and I would be happy to stay here again.

    This hotel is a gem and I really want to gatekeep it. I wasn’t expecting much for the price I paid but when we entered we were pleasantly surprised and impressed with our room. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice too , he let us enter as soon as we arrive which was several hours before our check in time unlike most hotels who will let you wait till check in time. I will definitely return to this hotel and I hope they will keep their affordable price. Thank you Sutton place!     The hotel’s location is great near JR Ueno Station, but it’s a decent walk from Keisei Ueno Station. The room is really small, not ideal for a twin setup, and there's little space for luggage. It also faces the noisy street, so you hear traffic all night. The restroom is old, with some black spots on the tile grout. The lobby feels cramped and uninviting, but the staff is really friendly and enthusiastic.
