    Very close to the Nishi-Kasai Station, with access to many restaurants and supermarket/convenience stores nearby. In house laundromat available. Machines are 300Y wash and 100Y for 30 minutes drying. Check-in is done via video call and they have English clerks available to help. They held our luggage before checkin and had it delivered and waiting in our room on checkin.

    Very comfortable with BIG spaces - looks like you're inside your own house, everything complete! Very clean, well maintained, beds so clean and comfy, all toiletries provided. The unit is so relaxing. If you stay here you don't need to bring too much because everything you need is already inside the house - complete things - except toothbrush! Staff are very nice! They let us stay in the room while waiting for our next room transfer. Super kind and accommodating. Complete kitchen - you can cook properly, coin laundry area very convenient. Hotel is in the center of the city, very accessible to everything - Lawson beside, grocery, malls and train station are so near. Perfect for big groups or family. Highly recommended!

    it was our family first trip to Japan and we felt right at home when staying in Minn Nishi Kasai. Everything was as per our expectation. Room was clean, amenities complete, staffs were very helpful. it was a pleasant stay.

    The receptionist lived in Fillipine! Yes,they don't have a real receptionist! You have to scan a code by your self to get the room code. I failed to do that. I called the online receptionist who could barely communicate in English. After some strange process, I was finally able to get the room code. Apart from that, everything else was nice! The facilities were brand new. The hotel is heavily under-staffed. I think they only has 1-2 chefs to serve the entire hotel.
