    I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised by keisei's location, facilities and surroundings. Tucked away in a quiet corner but surrounded by all my fave restos (ichiran, ikinari, yakiniku like) and so many malls and cute shops. The rooms were clean, comfortably compact and had complete amenities. I now know where I'm staying the next time I'm in tokyo

    This is my second stay at the hotel. I like the location as its near to the train station and shopping malls. Hotel provided a number of amenities and tea bags at the lobby. Didn't get to try the complimentary iced tea at the lobby throughout my stay as its not available during the times I returned and left the hotel. Probably can consider offering at an extended time like other hotels in japan. Services was better this time round than my previous stay.

    1.The staff in the restaurant didn't seem very welcoming. 2.We went for breakfast. Many tables were empty, but they were all reserved, forcing us, as other hotel guests, to sit separately because there were no tables available for us to sit at together. We were staying for three nights, and we felt this action by the hotel was unfair to us.
