I have stayed around many hotels in the world but this hotel is amazing customer service is top notch and very clean the front desk staff is very great hope management appreciates your hospitality service to guest it was too much rain I was going out to buy umbrella but the front desk guy offered me umbrella without even asked it makes my heart melt how good customer service could’ve been existed. Hopefully if I come back to Tokyo this hotel will always my first stop.

It was good value for private room and bathroom during golden holiday weekend. Room and bathroom were clean. Self checking was very easy and helpful. There was complimentary drinks and cookies and other stuff which was very nice .
Main issue was WiFi didn’t work good at room and you have to use lobby area. Other than that, everything else was ok
