    This hotel is not in the most convenient location however, there are multiple grocery stores, shops and restaurants around and 15-20 mins walk from 2 subway stations. Room is compact but neat and clean also, staffs are very friendly.

    The room was very clean, well organized. It is quite a small room, but for the location and amenities, the stay was very good. Only thing negative about the room is that I could not keep the shower head facing my body when i took shower. I had to hold it by one hand. I almost miss the hotel when I walked from TCAT to get to the hotel. Overall, I had a good stay there.

    This is a great place to stay, slightly out of town, on the river. The trains are 5 minutes away, and a tasty real coffee and supermarket is less than 2 minutes away. The rooms, again aren't huge but well fitted out with everything you need to make your stay a great one. We will definitely stay there again!

    Our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, with most of the staff being warm, polite, and genuinely hospitable. Unfortunately, there was one notable exception that stood out. One staff member did not greet us even when we were directly in front of her, spoke no English (which was manageable thanks to a translator), and came across as cold, curt, and even rude. What made it more noticeable was that she was seen laughing and smiling with her colleagues, so it didn’t seem like a personality issue—more a lack of professionalism in guest interactions. Given how positive the rest of the team was, her behavior felt out of place and, frankly, not suited for someone in the hospitality industry. I’m happy to give the name to the hotel’s management directly if needed. The room itself was quite compact, which is fairly typical, but still something to be aware of if you prefer more space. Cleanliness overall was good, and most areas were well-kept, although I did regret checking under the bed, as it was noticeably dusty. On a more positive note, the bathroom facilities—including the toilet, shower, and bath—were excellently maintained and felt clean and comfortable throughout our stay. As for the location, it was a bit farther from the main Tokyo attractions than expected, which meant slightly longer travel times when going out.
