駅から近いです。部屋は清潔で、洗面所が広く、ベッドも綺麗で使いやすかったです。シャワーとトイレが別だったのが良かったです。部屋には折りたたみの机と椅子があり、部屋は狭かったですが料理やパソコン作業がしやすかったです。電子レンジは、一度建物の外に出て、1階ガレージにあたるところにあります。洗濯機は屋上にあり、洗剤のほか、物干し竿やピンチも共用のものが用意されていました。一週間の滞在でしたが、特に問題はなく、快適に過ごしました。チャットでの質問にも丁寧に回答していただきました。
建物の入り口が狭く、階段が急なので荷物の量やサイズはコンパクトにした方が安全です。部屋にIHのクッキングヒーターがありますが、食器や調理器具はないため、鍋や包丁、箸などを自分で用意する必要があります。室内に洗濯物を干せるところが限られていたので、ロープや洗濯バサミを持参したり、コインランドリーを使いました。コインランドリーは徒歩５分のところにありました。

Clean, comfortable, and well maintained accommodation in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The location made it easy to experience a more local side of Tokyo while still being conveniently connected to the rest of the city. Check-in and communication were smooth, and the property offered good value for money.
Nothing significant. The area is quieter than central Tokyo, which may not suit travellers looking for nightlife directly on their doorstep.
