Homey, clean and cozy place! I slept super well the 2 nights, this is my fav stay in Tokyo! I'm not a fan of air-conditioning hence I love that I could open the window for ventilation (and this rainy season was perfect to sleep with just the windows open!). Water pressure and temperature are on point too. I booked the 5th floor as I travelled light with only a backpack and a tote bag. The host does offer to carry luggage upstairs (though the stairs can be a little narrow and steep, might be challenging for the bigger suitcases). Great location as it's only a few minutes walk from Kikukawa Station and in a local neighborhood (not touristy for sure!), also surrounded by local eateries, convenience stores and a mini supermarket nearby. 100% would stay here again!

Nothing! For the light sleepers, the building is facing the road, do expect some noise.

I had a wonderful stay here. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere. Since it’s a smaller accommodation, it felt peaceful and secure without too many random visitors or crowds around. The host/manager was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I especially loved the blue-themed interior design—it was stylish, calming, and created a very relaxing environment. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Overall, this was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and well-managed place to stay.

Probably not used to the small shower facilities.
