Wonderful place to stay in Tokyo! The room is very spacious—essentially the entire floor—with all the facilities and little touches you could possibly need while travelling. It is very thoughtfully designed, with a private space for getting dressed and plenty of room to relax. There was no cleaning service during our three-night stay, which initially made us a little concerned, but it was not an issue at all. In fact, we were very impressed by how thoughtful the owner was in providing everything guests might need: adaptors, scissors, extra towels and bed linens, a fan, a washing machine with plenty of detergent, dishwashing liquid, a large fridge, and a spacious living area. Although the living space is in the same open-plan area as the beds and futons, it still felt comfortable and well organised. There was also a dedicated corner for drying clothes, with plenty of hangers and lots of sunlight. The location is in a quiet area, and with only eight guest rooms (I think) across the upper floors (the first floor is the entrance, while the second floor is used by the owner and for reception), the place is wonderfully peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after a long day exploring Tokyo. The location is superb. It is only about a five-minute walk to TCAT via a quiet shortcut. There are also at least two 24-hour supermarkets just around the corner, as well as many lovely little trendy food shops nearby. We especially enjoyed the walk towards the Sumida Terrace, where you can catch a beautiful view of the Tokyo Skytree in the distance. Although it is a little bit of a walk to the Hanzomon Line, the route through TCAT made it a pleasant stroll and was actually something we enjoyed. The hotel provides so many thoughtful amenities and conveniences that travellers really appreciate. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-equipped stay in Tokyo. A lovely, quiet place right in the heart of the city

Nothing in particular. The only thing we would love to see is if the pan and pot were a little smaller, as this would allow us to use the two electric stoves at the same time. Alternatively, adding a rice cooker to the pantry would be greatly helpful and would save us a lot of cooking time.

The apartment was spacious. It was stocked with dishes, cookware and clean towels. Full fridge and washer dryer. Very thoughtful inclusion i.e. iron, charging cables, umbrellas, house slippers. Near many lines and main bus terminal back into airport. Quiet. Great AC, shower. Spotless.

Wish washer and dryer took less time but all in one unit made it convenient to toss a load in. I wish I paid attention better that 3rd and 4th beds were futon. Comfy but on the floor. As a senior this would be hard to get in and out of. We loved all else.

Great location - close to metro , everything you need in groceries 4 minutes away, some good restaurants in 5-10 minutes walking . Very clean and everything you need you can find ( hair dryer, iron, suitcase scale, scissors, shoe horn). Very easy to find and check in. Elevator in building(!). We really love our stay especially futon beds.

Location, cleanliness, comfort, communication all excellent. Had a washer/ dryer which was fabulous! Great shower. Lots of extras, like laundry bins, extra blankets, crates for organizing stuff, etc.
