    This is an unmanned hotel. Good place and near to Bakuroyokoyama Station / Bakurocho Station. Exit A3 or A4 (lift) the best exit to here. Bakurocho Station has connection to Narita Airport. There is a Family Mart, Low Prices Everyday Mart and a Lawson nearby. A bit out of town but connected by Shinjuku Line of want to go to other places. The room is good for families. Can cook, microwave, iron and wash clothes (with dryer). Value for money

    Good location, easy to get to (within 5 minutes of 2 train stations). Hotel is clean, compact and convenient. Facilities are sufficient, and would recommend to families with young children (fold out beds are great) or a couple.

    This is not a hotel! We stayed here for 4 nights and regretted every minute of it. Our room was stinking the moment we walked in and after complaining multiple times, they said sorry we dont have another room and cant do anything about the smell. Expedia/Agoda doesn't tell you that there is no room cleaning during your stay. There is no person at reception and everything is virtual so zero customer service
