The room was larger than room size in similar hotels. The bathroom is the same floor level as the room, no need to step up or down to get in and out.

The breakfast area may get very crowded, you may have a long line for the coffee machine, Or hard to find a vacant table. When it is busy, some food items do not get replenished fast enough. Food selection on the low side compared to other hotels, but you can find enough to eat.

Location was great, close to transport.

Rooms were very small (smaller than a cruise ship cabin). Couldn’t set suitcases out for easy accessibility. Set one up in the hallway which had to be closed after access each time. Other suitcase had to be laid on bed to access contents.

The staff was friendly and spoke English well. The room was clean and had a view of the street.

I was unhappy about the noise level at late night. I stayed three nights, and every single night there was incessant sound of closing doors between 11pm to 1am. It got to the extent that I couldn't sleep. I tracked down the noise and it turned out that the hotel is cleaning rooms / changing towels at this late hour! I don't think this is the fault of any individual cleaner. It is rather an inconsiderate decision of the hotel management. Chances are that my room was unluckily situated around the atrium. But given the risk, the hotel is probably not for those who rest early.
