It’s in a lovely area. Upmarket with plenty of nice bakeries, cafes etc. Handy to get everywhere in Copenhagen. The apartment is well equipped and was a nice environment to relax in the evening.
The apartment hadn’t been cleaned when we got there. We were travelling with a 2 year old and were all exhausted so this made a really difficult start to our stay as we had to leave while they arranged for a cleaner. The owner did have it cleaned in about an hour, but it wasn’t ideal.

The key was available from a lockbox in the basement and was easy to find. The host kindly left us a few beer cans. The beds were very good.
The host delayed responding to our request for early check in, and eventually responded with a complete negative - even to our request to leave our bags before the check-in time. We did not receive very precise instructions regarding use of the sensor on the door of the building and the garbage room, leading to some time wastage. The location can be quite noisy.

Beautiful and spacious flat. Clean, well furnished, very cosy.
Very difficult contact with the owner. I waited a few weeks until the owner gave me first information about checking-in short before my arrival. Even booking couldn’t help.
