Spacious, central and quiet appartment

The appartment is nice, quiet and easily hosts 4 people. It's pretty central with a nearby metro station.

Cleanliness could be somewhat improved, e.g. the windows. One bedroom door is hard to close which is noisy at night if there are more than two people staying. The contact with the owners was good, however a few less messages would still make a smooth arrival possible.

Great location, tidy apartment, lacking some amenities.

-We much appreciated the washing machine and dryer as it made doing laundry very efficient. -The location was lovely, close to 5 minute walk to the local supermarket, metro and shops. Also a very calm and wholesome neighbourhood with nice houses, making for a nice view. -Lots of seating from the seating on the small balcony and the dining table, to the couch and chairs in the loungeroom.

-There was a noticeable damage on one of the doors -The main, full-size fridge didn't work, so a mini bar fridge had been added to use, however it had no freezer -Some of the furniture didn't feel very stable -One bedroom had ample storage and reasonable size, while the other one had small walkways and minimal storage -Kitchen lacked enough power sockets and included no toaster or microwave, making meals while travelling more inconvenient.

Accommodation is far from chic (dirty and worn out) and incredibly overpriced. We paid for a cot for my 3 month old, but what they provided was simply unsafe. There was no mattress and they were expecting him to sleep on planks of wood without any bedding. We asked for a replacement and were told this was not possible. We ended up having to pull the mattress into the living room and sleep there as this was the safest option. This meant the adults could not use the living room in the evenings which was the main reason we got an apartment instead of a hotel. The drain in the shower backed up and was filled with hair and residue (they did at least fix this). The washing machine smelt like mould and was packed with old powder. Many items in the kitchen were dirty and had to be washed first. The photos are incredibly misleading. We ended up leaving after two nights as we just felt so uncomfortable and it was really ruining our trip. There are much better options in Copenhagen for the same price.

A great stay in a clean and well located apartment

This property provided a great base for our visit to Copenhagen and Malmo. The apartment is walking distance from Nuuks Plads metro, a supermarket and bakers - and is in a nice neighbourhood. The apartment itself has everything required and was clean. Really enjoyable stay.

Felt too expensive to pay 135 eur for cleaning

Specious, bright, Location is perfect. Quite and safe neighbourhood, metro station 5-7 min walking distance.

Cleanliness is not their strongest side. There was an old pizza in trash bin left upon our arrival. If you look under the sofas, you will see a lot of things from previous guests... was a pretty hard to find a locker box in the dark and see small sign on the apartments door, to understand - that's the one!

Meget mangelfuld service, der var ikke nok til alle.. Ved ankomst var der kun redt op til 4 personer selv om vi betaler for 6 personer.. Vi fandt dog en dyne i et skab og måtte selv lægge betræk på og finde nogle håndklæder.. Opvaskemaskine var ikke tømt fra sidste ophold, så det måtte vi gøre.. Noget skrabet..

Sehr schönes Apartment

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist hell, freundlich und sauber. Laufweg bis zur Metro nur wenige Minuten, im Zentrum ist man ebenfalls in weniger als 10 Minuten mit der Metro (5-6 Stationen, je nach Ziel). Morgens sind wir die Strecke in die Innenstadt auch oft gelaufen (2,5 km / 30 min). Aber auch fußläufig von der Wohnung gibt es Restaurants, Supermärkte, ein kleines Kaufhaus. Sehr gute und nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, bei Fragen bekam man binnen 30 Minuten eine Antwort-Mail.

Ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Der weiße Duschvorhang ist mittlerweile unten braun und könnte mal ausgetauscht werden.
