This home is very close to the railway station. There is a supermarket and a subway station nearby, which is very convenient. It's very convenient to go to all the scenic spots. Suitable for group travel

Clean, reasonable value and central but be aware of location and the shower situation.

It was a short walk to Copenhagen Central Station from the property. ✅ There was a burger bar, grocery store and bars in the vicinity. ✅✅✅ The property, despite the outside appearance of the front door (not sure if it was urban street art or vandalism) was clean, tidy and well appointed for self catering. ✅ 2 very large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. Iron, clothes airers, hairdryer, kettle, fridge/freezer, shampoo, body wash and conditioner.. just a few of the amenities ✅✅✅✅✅✅ Free WiFi ✅ Netflix on the TV in the lounge / dining area. ✅

The front door was very off putting. Fortunately once you opened the door the communal entrance was clean, tidy and freshly painted The bathroom 🙈. It's tiny, you can't brush your teeth in the sink because there's a wall directly above the sink , so you can't lean forward and spit into the sink. The shower and WC share the same space, if you get the projection of the water wrong from the showerhead it wets the toilets rolls on the shelf above the loo. After day 2 the shower/ toilet area began to smell of damp as no window there. There's a small extractor but I'm not sure it worked. A trip to IKEA for new and extra pillows wouldn't go amiss. Pillows were past their best....the filling was lumpy and clumpy. Not sure why there were single duvets on double beds.....maybe because they knew we were 3 single people who weren't sharing beds 🤔. The front bed room is noisy from street noise...but that can't be helped. FYI ......There's a striptease / pole dancing bar across the road, an addict's drug dispensing centre on the corner and a homeless shelter across the street from it. All of that said, we were never approached nor did we ever feel unsafe - we were 3 women travelling. Walk 150m beyond the property and there are nice restaurants and bars. Take Abel Catherine Gade and you'll find nice bars there too.

Overall very good,clean and comfortable parking nearby can be tricky but we were in a large van. Toilet and shower are small but adequate.

living and one bedroom are ok

The bathroom is definitely horrible. Shower is on the top of the toilet, and if you are not a skinny person, you don’t have chance to fit in the “shower”. The sink is unusable, you have to put your head under a shelf to wash in a tiny sink. We use the sink from the chicken. everything is old. Even if the beds are double, the blanket is for a quarter person. the walls are colored by children, but they look horrible, as if you are in a horror movie, maybe looks nice for the host, but not for the clients!!! Everything in the apartment is at a minimum. And yes the bar from below is pretty annoying. The apartment is unreasonably expensive. the apartment is spacious, and the heat was ok.

Good

Very good location, we had a long weekend in Copenhagen and could walk everywhere. Very convenient. Good place if you don't plan to be home much and just want a rather cheap place to sleep. Easy to get ahold of the owner.

Not like in the pictures, they seem to be a few years old so most things are not as fresh as on the photos. Incorrect overlook drawing of the apartment- the toilet is i the shower. It was fine, we were mostly annoyed that the ad is not correct. Also the packing under the sink seems faulty, might be good for the owner to look at that. Some difficulty in finding the key since we were given the wrong address.

Excellent for groups

The flexibility to get adapted to our neccesities. The homemade was really nice and helped us in every question we had.

Everything was nice in global. The worst point was a noisy pub around during Fri and Sat nights.

Zentral, großzügig und ruhig.

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage nah am Hauptbahnhof. Man kann z.B. den Tivoli und die Strøget in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Viel Platz und schöne Zimmer in der Wohnung, hinten heraus Blick auf den sehr schönen Hinterhof, der zudem nachts sehr ruhig ist. Praktische Küche, schöner Esstisch. Zwar sehr kleines, aber doch praktisches Bad. Unproblematischer Check-in/-out per Schlüsselbox.

Praktisch ohne nutzbares Bad

Schöne Zimmer, gute, bequeme Betten. Zentrale Lage (gegenüber ein Stripladen / Sexshop o.ä.), aber auch eine Burger-Schmiede. Die Photos entsprechen der Ausstattung mit einer Ausnahme...

Das "Bad" - kleiner als ein Bad in einem Campingwagen, WC und Dusche in einem, der "Eingang" knapp 45cm breit, man muss also rückwärts eintreten, da umdrehen nicht geht... die Dusche war damit leider für uns nicht nutzbar (doof bei den Temperaturen!), das winzige Waschbecken so IN der Wand verbaut, wir mussten uns in der Küche am Becken waschen. Und der größte Witz war, dieses auch noch als "besonderen Charme" der Altbauwohnung darzustellen. Die "bettnahen" Steckdosen konnten nicht benutzt werden, da man die eingesteckten Geräte nicht ausstecken durfte. Die Steckdose in der Küche für Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Microwelle war mit einem "out of order" Schild verklebt - bis zur anderen Steckdose reichten die Kabel nicht. Sehr hellhörig, und die Straße ist sehr laut. Damit war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht mehr gegeben. Man sollte evtl das winzige Kinderzimmer opfern und zum Bad umbauen, und das Bad nur noch als WC nutzen, dann ginge es.

Villedende bilder av badet, dette ødela mye av vårt opphold

Sentralt beliggende = praktisk

Badet var en katastrofe, vannvittig trangt, måtte dusje over do, gulvet alltid vått, kunne ikke gå inn med sokker, + ingen utlufting der. Manglet også avsug på kjøkkenet. Luktet sterkt av tobakksrøyk ved ankomst. Vi skulle ikle oss galla + pynte en brud, nesten umulig uten et skikkelig bad.

Wegen der Lage okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, bei voller Belegung mit 6 Personen schwierig wegen der Sanitären Anlage

Eine schöne Einrichtung und sehr gute Lage,

Leider war ein Zimmer, wohl das ehemalige Kinderzimmer, nicht renoviert, die Wände schmutzig und bemalt. Die Toilette und die Dusche sind in einem sehr kleinen fensterlosen Raum gemeinsam, so dass nach dem Duschen alles feucht ist und kaum trocknet.

Appartement op loopafstand van centraal station en centrum.. De keuken was goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig had. De afmetingen goed.

De bedden hebben geen fatsoenlijke kussens. De badkamer is ook het toilet (1 m2) en erg vies en vervuild wat geprobeerd is te bedekken met zwarte verf, Overal afgebladderde verf. 1 van de slaapkamers is beklad en bekrast en verkeerd in erbarmelijke staat. De vloer is vies. Wil je zelf koken moet je de ramen open doen want er is geen afzuigkap. Het rek in de afwasmachine is roestig. En wij moesten 4 dagen overbruggen met 1 handdoek per persoon.

Helle freundliche Zimmer,sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lage top! Problemloser Zugang zur Wohnung.

Das Badezimmer. Eigentlich kann man es nicht Zimmer nennen. Total eng und das WC in der Dusche. Waschen oder Zähneputzen am Miniaturwaschbecken gar nicht möglich. Wenig Steckdosen in den Zimmern. Unter der Spüle keine Griffe an den Türen. Habe sie zuerst garnicht als Türen gesehen.

Dobrá lokalita v centru

Předání klíčů formou keyboxu. Dobrá lokalita blízko centra. Pokud chcete oprabdu jen přespat a netrávit zde čas tak poměr cena/výkon asi odpovídá.

Koupelna je naprosto příšerná. Přímo před ubytováním je strip club, který svítí červeně do oken celou noc. S tím taky spojený velký hluk z ulice. V nejmenším pokoji velmi děsivá kresba přímo na zdi před postelí a popsané a pomalované dveře. Byt se nachází přímo nad barem. ( Opět hluk)

Winziges Bad und schönes Wohnzimmer

Der Blick auf den Garten ist toll und die 2 Zimmer, die nicht zur Straße schauen waren sehr ruhig. Die belebte Straße des Apartments ist sehr belebt und hat uns gut gefallen, in der Nacht sehr laut. Hauptbahnhof gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

DAS BAD IST EINE ABSOLUTE KATASTROPHE! Viel zu klein für 5 Personen, das Bad ist wirklich nur 1 Quadratmeter und das die Toilette ist wirklich in der Dusche, die Bilder täuschen! Keine Fliesen und Fenster im Bad, es miefte... Stripclub genau gegenüber der Unterkunft. Das kleiner Zimmer ist hässlich eingerichtet (Schmierereien an den Wänden) und hat nicht mal eine Nachttischlampe! Uns hat es leider nicht überzeugt, man konnte sich nicht wirklich duschen und man fühlte sich irgendwie echt nicht wohl.. Schade

Super Zeit mit Sightseeing und Familienabenden mit Studentenkindern

Super Lage, gemütliche Homebase für einen Stadtbesuch den man mit entspannten Stunden zu Hause mit Kochen, Essen und gemütlichem Ausklang des Tages verbringen möchte.

Am besten nicht mit dem Auto anreisen! Ansonsten haben wir herausgefunden, dass man am Uni- Gelände in Frederiksberg günstiger parkt.

Okay bedden. Complete keuken. Locatie en communicatie prima. Badkamer Deense stijl, douche en wc op 1.0 m2. Is gebruikelijk in Kopenhagen maar wel onverwacht en hier wel erg klein.

Fin lejlighed med central beliggenhed, tæt på hovedbanegården.

Beliggenhed perfekt og selvom det var fredag og lørdag aften var der ikke meget larm fra gaden. Sengene pænt redt op med håndklæder til alle. Køkkenet flot indrettet med alt grej der behøves. Vi kunne godt komme igen.

Chromecast i det ene rum virkede ikke.
