Charmant, propre et bien situé.
Les formalités administratives avec plusieurs documents différents à remplir pour obtenir les codes. L’adresse exacte n’est pas claire et il est impossible de joindre quelqu’un par téléphone. Les réponses aux mails prennent du temps. Nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à accéder à l’appartement.

The location and the quirkiness of the loft space.
No fire escape or plan / no smoke detectors but the listing stated the apartment had them, but not visible in the apartment or the stairway, and this should be imperative when on a 3rd floor and high up. Disturbed sleep with water type noise all night long that could be heard in both bedrooms.
