The other guests stay on the ground floor, where there are three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms can be considered the villa's suite; finally, the en-suite bathroom with whirlpool offers everything you need for particularly relaxing moments. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom which, like the rest of the house, is characterised by its minimalist, immaculate interior design. Just 5 km to the east is the medieval town of Artà, which offers numerous shopping opportunities. The attractive pedestrianised area invites you to linger and enjoy a fresh espresso. Depending on the wind direction, a road can be heard at the villa, but hopefully this won't bother you; after all, it's what will take you to the beautiful beaches of the east coast. The Parc natural de la Península de Llevant is located 10 kilometres from the villa and offers a true paradise of coastal hiking trails. The Caminet del Carabiners, which starts in Cala Estreta, allows you to discover numerous truly enchanting coves. The bustling harbour of Cala Ratjada is 15 km away and from here you can take a walk to the lighthouse of Punta de Capdepera. The newly built villa "S'Hort de Carrossa", 5 km west of the medieval town of Artà, welcomes you with a large plot from which you can enjoy a great view of the island's interior. The Llevant massif, visible in the distance, is ideal for hiking, while natural beaches such as Cala Mesquida or Cala Torta can be reached by car in around 20 minutes.
