One terrace overlooks the garden, with lush hedges and pristine lawns surrounding the easily accessible pool. The second covered terrace has a brick-built barbecue and an outdoor dining area with direct access to the kitchen. Although you share a wall with the neighbouring property "Kelly", your privacy, driveway and exclusive pool access remain intact. "Can Siurell" is also perfect for cycling enthusiasts, as it is located on a scenic route that winds through the hilly landscapes of the Serra de Llevant. Inside, the ground floor opens up to a spacious living/dining room with a modern bathroom and walk-in shower to the right. To the left, a sandstone arch leads into the well-equipped country kitchen with easy access to the dining terrace. The three comfortable double bedrooms offer beautiful views of the garden, and one has direct access to a small terrace with marvellous views of the mountains. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters to ensure a peaceful rest. "Can Siurell" is only 2 kilometres from the gates of the Calvary town of Artà. Like Capdepera, Artà also offers first-class shopping facilities. The town's Tuesday market is an event in itself. Beautiful (natural) beaches such as Platja de son Moll or Cala Agulla are only a few minutes away by car, and a walk from Ermita de Betlem can end at Platja de Colonia de San Pere.
