Pure beauty and style emanating from this fantastic town house for 8 guests with private pool in Artà.
This is a recently renewed house with an exceptional architectonic quality that you can feel also in the beautiful courtyard which achieves a perfect integration of the chlorine pool. No doubt, this is a little oasis sizing 4x2 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.9 to 1.4 metres where you can cool off and relax after a delicious barbecue outdoors. Afterwards, you can bask in the sun while reading a good book on any of the two sun loungers.
From here you can directly access the practical and useful open room that offers a kitchen, living room and dinin area all together and air-conditioned. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and coffee maker, among other appliances -to feel at home when you are cooking-, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The sitting area is ideal to have a rest, chat or watch TV on the comfortable sofas. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, three of them with a closet and the last one with a dressing room. On the main floor we find two bedrooms with two twin beds each and a shower bathroom for the whole floor. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms with two twin beds and an en-suite shower bathroom each. One of these also offers direct access to a great terrace where you can admire the peaceful way of life of the streets in this village. One radiator completes the equipment.
The house is located in a peaceful and central area in Artà, where all public services, shops and restaurants are at your reach. Those who love playing golf will find several courses around, specially the one in Capdepera only 5.1 km away. The beaches are easily and shortly accessible like, for example, Cala de Son Moll in Cala Ratjada, about 11 km away.

Wer ARTA liebt wird die Unterkunft lieben.
Immer ein Parkplatz vor der Tür und fussläufig ins Zentrum.
Das Haus ist neu und toll ausgestattet, drei Bäder und überall Klimaanlage. Super rennoviert. Absolut bester Standard.
Der Pool ist klein, reicht aber völlig aus, sogar mit zwei-drei kleinen Kindern. Sehr sauber, sehr nette Gastgeber die sich sofort um alles kümmern, wenn mal was sein sollte. Und da unser Flug gecancelt wurde, ist ja Coronatime, und wir einen Flug erst einen Tag später bekommen hatten - war es unkompliziert um eine Nacht zu verlängern. Und Achtung. Ohne Bezahlung. Mega Kundenservice.
No gustó · Unwesentlich. Aber in der Küche ein wenig mehr Utensilien, wäre schön. Von allem etwas mehr.

Like · La situation géographique est excellente, à deux pas du coeur de la ville, qui est très dynamique, nombreux commerces et restaurants, ambiance familiale. A mi chemin entre les criques du nord est et sud est de l'ile.
La maison est neuve, décorée avec goût, très propre, trois salles de bain et trois wc, ce qui appréciable quand on part à plusieurs, pour notre cas, 8 personnes.
Dislike · Pour être parfait, il faudrait juste un peu plus de vaisselle (tasse à café, dessous de plat, ramequin, un plat à paella)
