The iron gates to the villa open automatically and convey a feeling of peace and seclusion that marks the beginning of your holiday. "La Talayeta" is located in the north-east of Mallorca, just 2 kilometres from Artà, nestled in a lush, hilly landscape.
Surrounded by palm, almond, olive and fig trees, the villa borders directly on a nature reserve. The sunny hillside property offers breathtaking views and a range of outdoor areas to enjoy, from the large pool to the inviting barbecue area. Relax under the tall palm trees by the pool, which is filled with clear well water, or chill out on the terrace and enjoy the views. A covered car park is also available.
Inside, the villa combines high-quality furnishings with a feeling of luxury and comfort. The spacious living and dining area has a fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings or enjoying the view. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals together. There are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy. One bedroom has direct access to the terrace with stunning views. The villa also includes underfloor heating in the living area, a sauna and a fully equipped utility room.
The enchanting finca "La Talayeta" is situated in a completely tranquil location, surrounded by an extensive Mediterranean garden with far-reaching, breathtaking views of the green, hilly landscape of the coastal municipality of Artà. Partly secluded bathing bays are only 20 minutes away from the villa by car. Cala Ratjada with its beautiful promenade along the beach and harbour can also be reached in less than 20 minutes by car.
