Es Corto
This spacious, typically Mallorcan villa is located in the north-east of Mallorca, just 3 km west of Artà. It is situated on a secluded hill and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the enchanting town below. At night, the illuminated monastery of San Salvador adds to the enchanting atmosphere. "Es Corto is surrounded by natural beauty, with cypress, olive and almond trees enriching the landscape.
The manicured lawn invites you to relax. The highlight of the property is the beautifully tiled pool with elevated jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. Comfortable sun loungers surround the pool and make it an ideal place for sunbathing. The large, partially covered terrace is perfect for group meals and has a mobile barbecue for barbecuing in summer.
With a modern and stylish interior, white walls, large floor tiles and arched corridors, the central area has a fantastic ambience. The villa also has a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Five double bedrooms and five bathrooms provide plenty of space and privacy. With central heating and a washing machine, this villa is perfect for year-round living.
The spacious villa "Es Corto is a quiet, exposed country house situated on a hill about 3 kilometres from Artà. It has a unique view of the countryside as far as Artà and is set on a 14,000 m² plot. The beautiful natural sandy beach of Cala Torta can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes. There are four golf courses near the villa, some of which are only 5 minutes away by car.
