Relaxation and fun for the whole family, Villa "Kelly" is located in the north-east of the island, 1.3 kilometres from Artá, a 10,000 m2 finca that is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday.
There is a pool with an outdoor shower overlooking the gardens and comfortable sun loungers perfect for relaxing. Enjoy family time around the table on the terrace while you prepare your freshly grilled meal on the barbecue. Relax in the hammock on the covered terrace or soak up the sun on the uncovered terrace.
Villa "Kelly" is super well equipped with air conditioning in the 4 bedrooms and living-dining room. The villa offers a comfortable living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area with a large lawn where children and adults can play, run around or swing.
Car parking is available at the property. Events are not permitted. This property shares a wall with the neighbouring property "Can Siurell", so you may occasionally hear noise from other guests. The numerous extras are what make this villa the perfect place for a family holiday.
The picturesque artists' town of Artà is only 2.2 km away. There you will find various shopping facilities for your daily needs. There are also many nice cafés and good shops. Every Tuesday there is a market worth seeing in the centre of the village, where you can also pick up some great handicrafts. In about 16 minutes by car you can reach beautiful beaches such as Platja de Colonia de Sant Pere and Canyamel.
