Taconera
Villa "Taconera" is situated in a quiet location on a spacious 18,000 m² plot near Artà. This natural stone house is accessed via a long private driveway and offers breathtaking views of the hilly Artà peninsula.
The elevated position has a balcony overlooking the pool and the surrounding mountains. The pool is decorated with blue mosaic tiles and surrounded by comfortable loungers and parasols. The landscaped garden includes palm trees and a well-tended lawn, which is ideal for relaxing or playing with the children.
Inside, the spacious layout includes a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for an independent holiday. On the other side of the lounge there is an inviting living area to relax in and three double bedrooms, all with king-size beds and designed for comfort. This villa is perfect for families or groups looking for a wonderful holiday experience with easy access to beautiful sandy beaches in the northeast of Mallorca.
Finca "Taconera" is a well-kept villa in an extremely quiet, secluded location not far from the sea. It is located on the Artà peninsula. The town of Artà (approx. four kilometres) offers some very nice restaurants and a very well-stocked supermarket for daily needs and a market day every Tuesday where you can buy fantastic local produce. In Cala Ratjada (15 km away) you can take a stroll along the waterfront or enjoy a delicious meal. In Son Servera (10 km away) there are supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants as well as the Son Servera golf course. The nearby coastline offers numerous beautiful, unspoilt sandy beaches lined with pine forests, just a few minutes' drive from the villa.
