The magnificent natural stone villa "Sa Gavina" is immaculate, perfectly maintained and in an outstanding location. It was built in 2007 on a 20,000 m² plot and nestles beautifully into the hilly landscape in the north-east of Mallorca.
With a stunning 200 m² terrace, this villa offers ample outdoor seating to enjoy the sun and fresh air. There is easy access to the breakfast terrace from several rooms, making it the ideal place to enjoy freshly baked bread while planning your day. The pool, which can be reached via steps and is surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area and a well-tended lawn, invites you to cool off with a practical outdoor shower. The villa also has play equipment, making it ideal for families.
Inside, the open-plan living room with a comfortable sofa for relaxing and an open fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere, while the dining room exudes a tasteful ambience. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table for shared meals, as well as four beautifully renovated double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The villa is air-conditioned for your comfort on warm summer nights and has central heating in winter to ensure a comfortable stay in this exquisite home.
Villa "Sa Gavina is located just 1 km from the beautiful town of Artà in the north-east of Mallorca, but in a secluded, rural location. Eight natural sandy beaches are only 10 to 15 minutes by car from the villa and the paradisiacal bay of Cala Matzoc is a must-see. Cala Ratjada with its numerous bars, restaurants and shopping facilities on the harbour promenade can also be reached in around a quarter of an hour.
