Nestled in the picturesque estate near Artà, Villa "Vinedo offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery. Covering an area of 19,000 m², this property is an oasis of peace and relaxation.
The crystal-clear water of the pool offers a refreshing retreat in the warm Mallorcan summer, while the sun loungers invite you to relax in the shade of magnificent trees. Enjoy the evenings on the covered terrace with a glass of wine and use the barbecue for delicious al fresco meals.
Inside, natural tones and beautifully selected wooden furniture create a warm atmosphere in both the main house and the annexe. The rustic kitchen is well equipped for preparing culinary delights. This villa is ideal all year round, with a furnished conservatory for cooler days and a cosy living room with a crackling open fire for cosy evenings. The main house has three bedrooms two with double beds and one single bedroom. You will also find a fully equipped bathroom and two en-suite bathrooms. The annexe has two further double bedrooms and another shared bathroom, all decorated with charming painted tiles. An extra bed for a child can be arranged if required.

Villa "Vinedo is located in the north-east of the island and is a true holiday paradise. The small town of Artà is only 3 kilometres away. Here you can run all your errands and are perfectly equipped for a lovely day at the beach.
