Beautiful Villa Alzinais located in Cala Millor, a charming and touristic village in Mallorca. This accommodation is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The villa is just 1 km from the famous Cala Millor beach, one of the best beaches in Mallorca, with fine sand and crystal-clear waters, ideal for enjoying the sun and sea.
Accommodation Features
The villa boasts 220 m² of cozy and fully equipped space with views of the garden and private pool. Villa Alzinacan accommodate up to 9 guests and has 5 bedrooms, providing the perfect comfort for families or groups of friends.
Ground Floor: Spacious living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, a complete bathroom, and a storage room ideal for luggage or baby equipment.
Upper Floor: Four additional bedrooms (three doubles and one single with a 90x190 cm bed) and two complete bathrooms, including an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Kitchen and Dining Room
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. From the kitchen, there is access to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
Outdoor Area and Pool
The villa features a spacious covered terracewith seating for 10 people, equipped with two large tables, chairs, and a comfortable living area with sofas. Outside, the private pool(4x7.5x180 cm) is the ideal place to relax, with a lounge area, sunbeds, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
The barbecue areahas a height-adjustable grill, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also an open terracearound the pool, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing while enjoying the Mediterranean breeze and panoramic sea views.

b) In case there is no safe deposit box, please arrange an out-of-hours arrival with the agency. The late arrival penalty must be paid in cash on arrival.

Since July 2016, the Government has introduced a tourist tax (ecotassa).

Good spacious Villa only 10/15mins walk from town & beach with great pool. Nice the property has electric gates for easy entry & security. We stayed in August so only downside is no air-con but that didn’t spoil our holiday. Good Villa for good price.
