The family-friendly villa "Can Terres" is a charming single-storey property that combines traditional Mallorcan architecture with modern interior design.
Situated on a lush estate, it boasts a stunning outdoor terrace with a large built-in barbecue, ideal for summer gatherings. From the terrace, guests can enjoy views of the town of Artà and its illuminated monastery, and on clear days even as far as the Tramuntana mountains and Menorca. The pool, which can be reached via steps, is surrounded by a spacious terrace and lawn, which is ideal for children to play on. The small pool house, which has an additional bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, is a practical feature.
Inside, the inviting entrance hall leads to a bright living area and a modern kitchen that is fully equipped for culinary adventures. The bedroom wing comprises four tastefully decorated bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and further bathrooms that combine functionality with style. With plenty of living space and central heating for the cooler months, "Can Terres is an excellent choice for families, offering both comfort and convenience.
The dream villa "Can Terres was built on one level in a quiet location in the centre of the Artà hill and offers majestic, sweeping views. The town centre of Artà is only 3 km away, where you will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets. There are also many natural sandy beaches, which can be reached by car in just a few minutes. Every Tuesday there is a weekly market with an interesting craft market. In Son Servera you can visit the weekly market every Friday.
