I loved my stay in this property! It was exactly what I was looking forward to after a very busy holiday - a relaxing stay in a clean and comfortable flat. It was also very close to the places I wanted to visit in the area so it was definitely the perfect holiday.

Some minor issues, such as the key drop-off, location details, and missing toilet paper, were addressed via email. However, the tone of the response discouraged me from raising any further concerns. The property itself had several notable drawbacks. There was little to no soundproofing, making street noise extremely loud and disruptive, particularly in the evenings when trying to sleep. The key collection process was confusing: I was instructed to go to a shop called “Simple Local,” but upon arrival, the shopkeeper entered the code and then directed me to the shop next door instead, which felt disorganised and unclear. Additionally, the apartment was somewhat difficult to locate using Google Maps. In terms of cleanliness, it was generally acceptable, but there were some oversights—for example, a used plaster was stuck to a lamp in the double bedroom. There was also no toilet paper provided on arrival. While compensation was offered for this, it felt beside the point; a simple apology would have been more appropriate. Instead, the response suggested that the cleaner had left multiple rolls, which came across as dismissive and made me feel as though my concern was being questioned. There were also hygiene concerns, including the presence of silverfish in the bathroom, and an unpleasant smell on the ground floor. Overall, I would not recommend this property and would not choose to stay here again.
