Clean, beds very comfy staff extremely helpful, and very cosy apartment

Dishwasher and sink was a little broken however we didn’t need to use either of them so can’t really complain

I had a great last-minute stay and everything exceeded expectations. The host was very helpful and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The apartment was beautifully designed, spotless and comfortable with an absolutely fantastic view that really stood out. The location was perfect just a short walk to the Bullring shopping centre and the train station, which was ideal for my business trip. I only stayed briefly this time but I’ll definitely be returning for a longer stay. Highly recommended!

I was initially hesitant to book this apartment as there were no photos or reviews available at the time, but I needn’t have worried. The accommodation exceeded my expectations, clean, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Bullring, New Street Station, and a great selection of shops and amenities. Despite being in a large block of flats on a main road, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. The hosts were professional, friendly, and responsive, which made the experience even more reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again when I’m next in Birmingham.
