Located in the charming fishing village of Santa Luzia, known as the octopus capital, this comfortable one-bedroom apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the pier to Praia da Terra Estreita and about 5 minutes by car from Praia do Barril and Pedras d'El Rei.



You’ll be close to local restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy fresh fish and seafood on terraces overlooking the Ria Formosa. The maximum capacity is 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).



The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room for two guests. There’s air conditioning in the living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. Outside, you’ll find a table and chairs for 4—ideal for outdoor meals—and a shared pool for relaxing in the sun.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, water heater, iron and ironing board, washing machine, TV with Portuguese and international channels, and internet. Private parking is available in the garage, with an elevator providing direct access to the ground floor.



Check-in is from 4pm to 9pm (early check-in before 4pm is possible, subject to availability). Check-in after 9pm is available for an extra fee. Check-out is by 10am (late check-out after 10am is possible, subject to availability).
