Apartment in the Algarve in the heart of the Ria Formosa, next to the beaches of Terra Estreita and Barril on Tavira Island. In a recently built, carefully constructed building. Calm and relaxing environment, quiet at night.
In addition to swimming in the sea, you can explore the flora and fauna of the Ria Formosa on relaxing walks or bike rides.
5 minutes from Tavira.
15 minutes from the Benamor golf course.

COVID-19 measures:
Because your peace of mind and safety during your vacation is very important to me, I will do everything I can to comply as strictly as possible with the DGS (Directorate-General of Health) recommendations regarding the cleaning and sanitization of the property.
To achieve this, I will implement a cleaning protocol, which the cleaning lady will execute under supervision. Here are some procedures that will be performed at each check-out:
• The covers of the sleeping cushions and sofa covers will be changed and washed at 60ºC;
• Bed linen, towels, rugs and kitchen towels will be washed at 60ºC;
• In the kitchen, all furniture will be sanitized inside and out, and all dishes will be washed in the dishwasher at 60ºC;
Access to Terra Estreita beach is by boat; and according to the newspaper Expresso, this type of access is also another factor contributing to its tranquility.
According to the following text:
"(...) Also in Tavira, almost all the beaches are located on islands, where the size of the sandy areas suggests that there will be no overcrowding. The main problem will be Barril beach. "All the others have access by boat, but in Barril, in addition to the train, there is access on foot, and with an area where only one person can pass at a time," explains the mayor, Ana Paula Martins. "We are still thinking about the solution," she admits. (...)"

Very clean, practical and confortable apartment. Also, very efficient from a soundproofing standpoint, which makes it an ideal place for good night sleeps and afternoon naps :) The village itself is smaller, quieter, not as crowded and as some other places in Algarve and that is a good thing for families with younger children and not as interserted in nightlife. A big plus is the fact that you can park your car in the garage and have a short (3-4 minutes) walk to the pier where you catch the boat to the beach (which we felt is getting way too much expensive for the Portuguese pockets...). We will definitely come back!

Confortable Apartment in a quiet location. It is also not far to the Restaurants and the ferry to the tavira island. Really recommended.

Nice, spacious apartment that was clean and well equipped. Decently close to restaurants and the ferry. Nice, quiet town to walk around, very authentic, would recommend!
