The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms. You will also find a TV with Portuguese and international channels, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, and an outdoor shower.



Enjoy the private balcony with a table and 6 chairs, perfect for outdoor meals. You can also relax in the shared outdoor pool. The apartment is close to the beach, just 5 minutes from the pier to Praia da Terra Estreita and about 5 minutes by car from Praia do Barril and Pedras d’El Rei.



The property offers 1 parking space in a shared garage with direct elevator access to the ground floor, as well as street parking. Events and pets are not allowed. A travel cot and high chair for babies can be provided on request and subject to availability.

Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm (flexible before 4:00 pm, subject to availability). Check-in after 9:00 pm is available for an extra fee. Check-out is by 10:00 am (flexible after 10:00 am, subject to availability).
