Santa Luzia Terrace Apartment (S31)

The physical space is adequate but when we arrived we had no hot water for almost for almost 4 days. This was very disappointing after travelling 24 hr and no showers!! The bed linens are not nice (stains, rough to the skin, no duvet covers), the towels were OK. Two doors jammed into the floor. Besides no hot water, the place was really cold. The outside temp at night was 3 degrees. Only heat was two portable heaters. Coffee maker leaked water everywhere and coffee was not hot. Location was great, parking great, physical space really good but there needs to be some attention to the unit. No dishcloths, minimal toilet paper. We expected basic amenities but nothing was provided to maintain site to their specifications. Attempts to contact owner regarding compensation for no hot water were unanswered for 5 days. Their agent Ágata was very cooperative and friendly - top notch - She was diligent in meeting the repair people for hot water service. She had no control over owner’s lack of concern. We did not feel valued as a tenant by the owner. (Ágata was great)
