What you see is what you get. Our apartment belongs to the most exclusive condominium in the area Santa Luzia Residence. Placed in the ground floor, wheel chair access by elevator is facilitated and our shared swimming pool is also at your disposal. We also provide private parking place.
With 75m2 open plan, we provide a living area with a dining table, 4 chairs, a large corner suite, Smart TV (flat screen with USB and HDMI connection).
MEO Cable TV, Astra 19.2E Satellite TV, free WiFi, and air conditioning. Our state of the art kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a kettle, toaster, microwave and all the usual utensils. You can prepare and taste all Algarve´s fresh specialties: fish, sea-food, vegetables etc. that you can buy in Tavira local market.
If you prefer to take the meal outside, please use our private terrace.
Sleep in our bedroom is a nice experience. Our 1,6x2,0m bed with anatomic mattress provide the conditions to rest and reinvigorates you. If needed our maple will change to a nice bed.
Our apartment fully equipped, with his double swimming pool and his private parking, benefits also from a spectacular location that will allow you to visit our exciting beaches, enjoy bird watching, or appreciate our gastronomy in the surrounding restaurants.
Insect and Wildlife Info: Our home is located in a hot and humid climate that is teeming with wildlife. Depending on the time of year and the weather conditions, guests may encounter mosquitoes, gnats, love bugs or other bugs. While we do utilize regular pest control services, we are unable to offer any guarantees against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside our home. We do our best to prevent this from occurring and guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of trash and storing food in a responsible manner.

We loved our stay here earlier on in June this year. The apartment was furnished so nicely with everything we needed. Manuela and Paulo were both so lovely and very welcoming. Santa Luzia was such a lovely little town with lots of very good restaurants and connections to the beach or into Tavira. Would definitely reccomend and go back again!

We had a warm welcome from Manuela, our Representative, who met us at the Tavira Train Station. An unexpected gift of wine and oranges made our arrival at our condo pretty special. Very clean, comfy accommodation, exactly as described online. Easy walking distance to Main street, where we enjoyed traditional Portuguese meals at various Restaurants. Do try the octopus! Plenty of Cafe's to stop at, drinking great coffee and Brandy. Must visit: Baril Beach, and Tavira, which is reachable by Bus / Taxi. Cycling is another option, as bicycles are available with the rental. You will find a grocery store a few blocks away. We highly recommend this property. Unforgettable memories!
