It has air conditioning in two bedrooms, fan and electric heating in the room, TV and radio. You can request the book cradle and high chair for baby without any additional costs. Very nice holiday appartment, well equipped, feels like a home. Close to the transfer boat to the beach and really nice restaurants are close.Everything was clean and good communication with the owner.Only disadvantage maybe were the thin walls and the noisy neighbours. We had an excellent family holiday here.

We had a lovely time with our 3-year-old son. The apartment is charmingly decorated and ideally located for exploring the area by rental car. The kitchen is well equipped, and the pool is clean and safely fenced. We also enjoyed the small, well-kept courtyard—great for playing with kids!

Had a 3 night stay at the beginning of May and was ideal for our requirements. We had visited Santa Luiza a few years ago and was pleased it was as we'd remembered it. Lovely traditional cobbled streets, plenty of restaurants and the beautiful town of Tavira is only a short drive away. The apartment is beautifully furnished and had everything you could want, would recommend and hope to stay again soon. Many thanks
