Communication with the host was fantastic!
Check-in process was extremely satisfying and EASY. From the pictures for the property, our expectations matched what we wanted and more. Everything was top notch clean and organized! Amazing location and easy access to a great area. I gotta say, properties like this are hard to find. Definitely worth the stay!!!

We went for my son’s freshman orientation at Chico State. We will stay here again for move in.

We have an infant and toddler. This was perfect for us because they had a travel crib and black out curtains ready for us.
The house was decorated so cute and was nice and clean. AC in each room and was on before we got there so the house felt nice during the hot summer.
We could easily walk to downtown, the farmers market and lower Bidwell.
They had a binder with great recommendations and food menu too. Such a thoughtful touch. They also mention in the binder they have bikes available to borrow.
They have a smart TV and a Brita water purifier. Simple things that are so convenient.
