Walking distance to Downtown Chico in this 2 bedroom dream guesthouse with 1 King memory foam bedroom, TV and walk-in closet, 1 queen memory foam bedroom with closet and is newly remodeled!! Full Kitchen with every possible new tool to cook , living room and dining area, Bathroom , washer and dryer in house, Perfect for walks in nature, a few block from the park and Downtown Chico. The house is close to all the finest restaurants and shopping. BBQ and picnic table to enjoy the outdoor area.

Nice location, walking distance to places to eat and a great coffee shop. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well supplied.
