Znakomita lokalizacja blisko zabytków i miejsc turystycznych. Dostęp do lokalu bezproblemowy. W pobliżu sklepy spożywcze. Trzy osobne sypialnie i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Mieszkanie na 3 piętrze bez windy, ale nie jest wysoko.
Grzyb na suficie w jednym pokoju gościnnym i w pokoju ogólnym. W pokoju gościnnym tynk (grzyb) aż opadał z sufitu na stół i na krzesło (na zdjęciu). Był problem z prysznicem, ale został rozwiązany przez gospodarza - dopiero po 3 dniach. Teraz już działa. Oferta lokalizacji (adres) na Booking nie zgadza się z rzeczywistą. Ale nie ma problemu z zameldowaniem, wszystko przebiegło bez problemu, choć pod innym adresem niż podanym w Booking.com (ok. 500 m dalej) - gospodarz odebrał nas.

Месторасположение комфортное, все в 5 - 10 минутной доступности. Рядом туристическое агентство, которое осуществляет трансфер не дорого, гарантировано, качественно. Напротив магазин с необходимыми продуктами.
Адрес указанный в объявлении не соответствует фактическому. При заказе трансфера возникает путанница. В санузле протекает душ, на полу всегда вода. Слив в кухне забит, вода плохо стекает.
